John and Alyssa have both served in ministry for years on the Big Island of Hawai'i,  focusing on issues of injustice and how to help meet needs within the community and in the nations. We work to meet the spiritual needs of the broken while partnering with God for practical solutions to face some of the biggest problems in our society such as foster care, abortion, homelessness, addiction, poverty, healthcare and education.

Alyssa started a family restoration center 2.5 years ago that worked closely with other organizations to see communities transformed and families restored, here on the Big Island and in the nations. The ministry helped foster families, families who were reuniting with their children from foster care and families experiencing poverty.  John started a ministry for those experiencing homelessness on the island and went out to the streets and other homeless communities to feed and disciple them. He also trained evangelism teams on how to evangelize effectively, while walking in pastoral discipleship with the lost. 

As full time missionaries, the Lord has brought us all over the world with the message of the gospel and adoptive love! Seperatley and together we have been to Peru, St. Lucia, Brazil, Uganda, Israel, Burundi, Switzerland, and all over the U.S.

Recently, the Lord has put it on John and Alyssa's heart to expand in the ways they are serving the Lord. John will be pursuing the world of fashion, an industry that he's always felt called to bring the love of Jesus into as a creative and as an evangelist. Alyssa has partnered with a ministry called The Wall Movement. The Wall was built on a word of seeing 3200 churches and 3200 counties walking in a culture of adoption. We want to see every region standing for life, and adopting children and families so that the vulnerable children crisis will end. What Alyssa has done in buliding a Family Restoartion Center here on the island, she dreams of seeing all over the U.S. and the world!
